About Rotary Screen Filter
Rotary screen filter uses a rotating drum to separate liquid from solid particles. The solid particles are forced to the drum's edge when the drum rotates after the liquid has been put into its centre. The solid particles are then expelled from the filter as the liquid is collected on the inside of the drum. Rotary screen filter removes dirt and plant matter so that the water can be reused. Unclean water is fed into a rotating drum via an infeed pipe or flume. The wedge-shaped wire screen used to construct the drum has an aperture between 0.2 and 2 mm, allowing water to pass through.
